Ross was most recently the executive producer for the VH1 show, Driven. She joined VH1 in September 1997 and worked at various times as a producer, supervising producer and executive producer on a wide range of original programming. In 2002, she created and served as executive producer on the musical artist and celeb biography series Driven that traced the roots of everyone from Kanye West to Weird Al Yankovic. In 1999, she developed and worked as supervising producer on Before They Were Rock Stars, a clip-driven, tongue-in-cheek half-hour that poked fun at rock stars' modest beginnings. She also served as supervising producer on the series All Access and executive produced the half-hour spinoff All Access Spotlight.
