1. Nature of Products

2. Digital Products are delivered electronically via a download link provided after successful payment.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

1. Delivery is considered complete when the download link is generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

2. If you do not see the email, you are responsible for checking your spam/junk folder.

3. If you still cannot locate the download link, you must contact us within 24 hours.

4. Download links may expire, be time-limited, or be restricted to a specific number of downloads for security reasons.

3. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

3.1 All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

Because Digital Products cannot be “returned” once delivered, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstance, except where stated below.

3.2 Exception: Wrong Product Delivered

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

• You received a completely different product than the one you purchased (e.g., wrong database/category entirely), and

• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the download link.

Minor differences, data variations, missing entries, or accuracy issues do not qualify for refunds.

3.3 Non-qualifying refund requests include, but are not limited to:

• “I changed my mind.”

• “I no longer need the product.”

• “I thought the data would be different/better/newer.”

• “I didn’t download it yet.”

• “I expected guaranteed results.”

• “I bought it by accident.”

• “Some contacts bounced/are outdated.”

We stand firmly by this policy to prevent data misuse and unauthorized copying.

4. Use License / Permitted Use

1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product for personal or business use.

2. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, or share our Digital Products or any portion of them.

3. Violating this license will result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Data Accuracy & Limitations

1. All databases, directories, and contact lists are provided “as is” and may contain:

   • outdated entries

   • human errors

   • incomplete information

   • inactive or deprecated contacts

2. We make no guarantees regarding:

   • accuracy or completeness

   • email deliverability

   • campaign performance

   • audience response

   • compliance with third-party platforms

3. You understand and agree that contact databases naturally degrade over time and that some level of inaccuracy is inevitable.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Use purchased data in compliance with your local laws and regulations (such as email marketing and privacy rules).

2. Not misuse contact information or perform prohibited marketing activities.

3. Ensure that your own systems, tools, and marketing methods are compliant.

We are not responsible for how you choose to use the data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1. We are not liable for any losses, damages, business interruption, loss of profits, or other issues arising from the use or inability to use our Digital Products.

2. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product purchased.

3. We are not liable for costs arising from bounced emails, spam complaints, blacklisting, platform suspensions, or any negative outcome related to your usage of purchased data.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

1. Filing false chargebacks for Digital Products you have already received is considered fraud.

2. We provide full delivery proofs and access logs to payment processors during such disputes.

3. If a chargeback is filed without valid cause, you agree to reimburse us for dispute fees and may lose access to all purchased products.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
